If your going to let someone other than the treating Dentist give anesthesia they should be trained in techniques that minimize discomfort. I’m sure everyone was trying their best. Some areas of the mouth are much more sensitive than others and require those techniques. I hope this post motivates them to learn. I know they have a tough job

Always a pleasant experience at Apple—excellent staff, gentle hygienists & dentists, toothbrushes, stickers & toys for the kids and coffee for the parents! We even won their fun raffle for free Mariners tickets! Thanks Apple!!

Our experience has been wonderful from the time we walk in with the front desk. Dr. Emily is very sweet with the kids patient and very calm which helps easy the kiddos nerves. We’ve always had great experience at Apple Pediatric Dentistry.

Bree at the front desk has been exceptionally helpful in our experience at Apple Pediatric dentistry. She has followed up with me several times to ensure that all the questions and concerns I’ve had about my children’s dental health were thoroughly addressed. She’s been attentive, thoughtful and pro-active. With her help, we’ve been able to create a solid plan and I feel confident that my children will be well cared for.
